USL2 is recognized nationally as the premier league for college-aged players on the path to professional soccer. It bridges the gap between elite youth development and the professional ranks, offering high-level competition and unmatched exposure.

Meet the New Faces of SSA Swarm’s USL2 Squad:

• Alex Wharton – A proud SSA Academy product and current NCAA Division I standout at Syracuse University, Wharton returns home to electrify the midfield with his pace, vision, and technical flair.
  
  
• Michael Howard – A top-tier defender from Atlanta United’s Academy and University of Virginia, Howard brings experience, poise, and a professional mentality that will anchor our back line.
  
  
• Nash Skoglund – Hailing from the South Carolina Gamecocks, Skoglund’s athleticism and versatility as a Goalkeeper make him one to watch this summer.
  
  
• Villads Landsberg – Representing the SMU Mustangs, one of the strongest programs in NCAA Division I soccer, Landsberg adds European-style playmaking and elite composure in the attacking third.
