Tryouts Overview

SSA hosts a series of (free) open tryouts to select rosters for our Academy and Competitive program teams.


U8-U10 Academy tryouts: Late May (for Fall and Spring season play) and in late November (For Spring season play) to establish a player's suitability for acceptance into the Academy pool.


U11-U19 Competitive program tryouts: Late May to assign players to our SCCL (U11+ Boys and Girls) MLS Next (U13+ Boys), GAL (U13+ Girls), NAL (U13+ Boys), DPL (U13+ Girls), N1L (U13+ Boys and Girls) and EDP (U13+ Boys and Girls) League programs.
