Leadership Restructure for SSA Swarm FC Elite Youth

Dear SSA Swarm  Membership

We’re thrilled to announce several key leadership appointments that will further strengthen our club and enhance the experience for all players across our programs. These updates reflect our unwavering commitment to providing top-tier development pathways and opportunities for success on and off the field. 

Jack Coulton and Richard Foy have been named Assistant Directors of Coaching and will work closely alongside our Director of Coaching Gareth Evans. As part of these appointments Richard Foy will now become the GA and DPL Director with Jack Coulton overseeing all the clubs Academy Programs and SCCL aged up to U14. Their extensive experience and dedication to youth development will ensure our players continue to excel and thrive at every stage of the SSA Swarm youth ladder. 

Trey Joiner has been appointed as Youth Recruitment Officer, leading efforts to identify and attract the best young talent to our programs. Trey’s expertise in spotting and nurturing potential will be invaluable as we grow our player base and evaluate players externally and internally. 

Jordan Davis steps into the role of Director of Club Development, focusing on creating opportunities to support the growth and sustainability of SSA Swarm. Jordan’s leadership and strategic approach will help us take the club to new heights. 

We’re also excited to announce Jack Collison as our new Director of Methodology. Jack brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his professional playing and coaching career, and he will be instrumental in aligning our club’s playing philosophy and development framework across all levels. His vision will ensure that SSA Swarm remains a leader in player development and innovation.
